Peri-Natal Massage:

For women before, during, and after childbirth. Please let us know you are pregnant/breast-feeding so we can take care of your special needs.

Massage for Breast Health:

Open your chest, neck, and shoulders. Experience the healing effects of breast massage for muscular relaxation, lymph movement, and endocrine support.

Polarity Therapy:

Healing energy work. Incorporates light to medium touch at specific points, verbal cues, deep relaxation.

Reiki:

Deeply relaxing energy work. Light therapeutic touch to balance your chakras and connect more deeply with the healing energy always surrounding us.

Raindrop Therapy:

100% Therapeutic Grade essential oils of Oregano, Thyme, Basil, Cypress, Wintergreen, Marjoram, and Peppermint and healing oil blends of Valor and Aroma-Seiz for immune boost and deep relaxation ($10 surcharge for oils)

Thai Yoga Massage:

Assisted stretching, massage, and acupressure on energy lines. Also known as “lazy person’s yoga”. Performed on the floor. Please wear soft clothes (pajamas, yogawear).

Policies

24-hour notice required for appointment rescheduling/cancellations. Please note a $35 penalty will be charged for appointments canceled within less than 24 hours.

Insurance

We accept insurance primarily from employees of the City of Portland, Maine Health, and Bowdoin College. Employees of Martin’s Point and UPS may enjoy a reimbursement fund in their health plan. We accept referrals for worker’s compensation that is pre-authorized and prescribed. Women who have been in auto accidents may benefit greatly by massage care and most auto insurance does cover it.
Maine Health is scheduled to add a deductible that will apply to your massage therapy allowance beginning in 2012.
