I love it when something is super-valuable and highly accessible, like Epsom Salt. Epsom Salt is Magnesium Sulfate, so when you take a bath you are getting an important micronutrient (it soaks in your skin). A salt bath also eases fatigued or injured muscles, is detoxifying, and relaxing.
I add about a cup of Epsom Salt to my bath and maybe add a few drops of essential oil or some dried lavender or other herb. Soak for 20-30 minutes. Especially wonderful when experienced right after a massage! If you can’t handle a full bath, you could just do a foot soak.
